  • Language training referrals (IELTS, JLPT, German)

2. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimers

  • JP Careers is a consulting firm, not an immigration lawyer or licensed legal representative. Our services constitute general guidance and information — not legal advice. For formal immigration legal advice, consult a registered immigration lawyer.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval, job offers, or university admissions. Final decisions rest with the relevant embassies, immigration authorities, employers, and universities. We provide guidance to maximise your chances — not guarantees.
  • Information accuracy: Immigration rules, visa requirements, salary data, and institutional policies change frequently. While we strive to keep information current, we recommend verifying critical information from official government sources.
  • Third-party services: We may refer you to or partner with third-party service providers (language schools, document attestation services, etc.). We are not responsible for their actions, quality, or outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or prospective client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your qualifications, experience, and personal circumstances
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your situation that may affect our services or recommendations
  • Not submit fraudulent documents, misrepresent your qualifications, or engage in any deceptive practices — this can result in visa bans and criminal liability
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India and destination countries
  • Pay agreed service fees as per the terms communicated during engagement

4. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees vary based on the type and scope of services. A detailed fee structure will be provided during your initial consultation.
  • The initial consultation call (30 minutes) is free of charge.
  • Payments once made for services rendered are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For job placement services: In cases where we place candidates with partner UK NHS Trusts, no fee is charged to the candidate — the recruiting institution covers our placement fee.
  • Any fees charged by third parties (embassy fees, language test fees, attestation charges, etc.) are entirely separate from JP Careers' service fees and are the client's responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

  • Fees paid for completed consultations or services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • If you have paid in advance for a service package and we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances within our control, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.
  • Visa refusals, job rejection, or university non-admission by authorities outside our control do not constitute grounds for refund of consultation fees.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@jpcareers.in within 14 days of the disputed transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on jpcareers.in — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, blog articles, and software — is the property of JP Careers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JP Careers and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Visa refusals, delays, or complications caused by immigration authority decisions
  • Job offer withdrawals or employment issues after placement
  • University admission rejections
  • Financial losses arising from your reliance on information provided in our blog posts or consultations
  • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers referred by us
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for those specific services.
